Book Buyers 

Q)  I'm having trouble downloading the book.
A)  Downloads are limited to a time limit (usually 24-hours) and so many attempts (usually three).  Please email for another download.  Please ensure you have a copy of Abode Reader on your computer - this can be downloaded free here.

Q)  I've downloaded the book, but can't see it or find the file on my computer?
A)  This is a common problem if you don't save to your desktop.  To read how to find the file click here.

Q)  Can I download and read the book if I have a Mac or Apple computer?
A).  Yes, no problem.  Our books are in common PDF format, which can also be read with most book readers too.

Q)  How to I print out a copy of the book?
A)  Click the little printer icon in the toolbar, or click File in the top left-hand corner, then click Print from the pop-up menue.

Q)  I'm having trouble ordering/tracking with ClickBank, how do I contact them?

Q)  What forms of payment do you accept?
A)  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Eurocard, Bravo, Diners Club, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Carte Blanche and JCB. We also accept PayPal.

Q)  I tried to buy a product, but my credit card was declined. I know my card is good, so why did your system decline it?
A)  Sometimes banks can be over-secure - try using another card or contact your credit card company to see if the issue can be resolved. If your bank denies refusing any charge, then your card was declined by ClickBank's risk management system.  In this case, send us an e-mail or Paypal

Q)  How do I get a refund if I don't like the book?
A)  You must first contact ClickBank here.  Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.

Q)  I've found errors in the book - how do I report them?
A)  We're always very pleased to hear of our mistakes so we can correct them.  Please e-mail


How to Find the Book in your Computer

  1. Click Start at the bottom left.
  2. Then click Search (the little looking-glass icon).
  3. At the bottom left click "Click here to use Search Companion".
  4. Click "All files and folders".
  5. Enter book100 in the box where it says "all or part of the folder name".
  6. Click Search or Enter.
  7. Double click on the file that comes up - this is the book.
  8. After the book has opened, click File at the top left, then click Save As.
  9. Where it says "Save In" select Desk Top and click Save.
